Job Title: Programme Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Programme Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various programmes for seniors, ensuring their smooth execution, and providing excellent customer service.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Planning and coordination of monthly activities for seniors, including event organization and logistics
  • Collections of evaluations and feedback from programme participants
  • Assisting seniors with enquiries and providing information and referrals as needed
  • Maintaining adequate equipment and supplies
  • Procuring materials for activities, equipment, and supplies when required
  • Supporting the Program Executive in budget management and maintaining programme databases
  • Performing general administrative tasks

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced/Higher/Certificate in Community & Social Services
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • Experience working with seniors is preferred
  • A willingness to work Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and alternate Saturdays 9am to 1pm
