Job Title: Social Activities Coordinator

• Planning and coordinating social activities such as games, arts and crafts, exercise classes, and outings

• Recruiting volunteers to assist with activities and providing training and support

• Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

• Maintaining accurate records of client participation and activity outcomes

• Providing ongoing support and encouragement to clients to help them reach their goals

What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A relevant qualification in social work or a related field (e.g., gerontology, psychology)

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or in a field related to social work

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends
