Customer Service cum Documentation Executive Role

We are an international household goods removal company seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service cum Documentation Executive to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone and email.
  • Maintain and process documentation related to shipments, customer interactions, transactions, and internal processes.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Diploma/ A Level or GCE O level or equivalent experience in customer service or administration.

Competitive Salary: S$ 1800.00 - S$ 2200.00 per month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Saturday, 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
