Job Overview:

P-SERV PTE LTD is seeking a highly skilled Part Time Customer Service cum Admin Specialist to join our team. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front counter, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, printing, and preparation of documents
  • Perform operational checks on the service centre and replenish collaterals before each day
  • Collect and make certified copies of customer documents
  • Rove between different offices depending on manpower planning

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service and administration roles preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle unexpected challenges

Working Hours and Salary:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am – 6:30pm
  • $11-$12 per hour
  • Commit 3 days or more/week
  • Commit min 6 months or longer
  • Located in North, East, North East, Central regions
