Job Overview:
P-SERV PTE LTD is seeking a highly skilled Part Time Customer Service cum Admin Specialist to join our team. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front counter, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks
- Provide administrative support, including filing, printing, and preparation of documents
- Perform operational checks on the service centre and replenish collaterals before each day
- Collect and make certified copies of customer documents
- Rove between different offices depending on manpower planning
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service and administration roles preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle unexpected challenges
Working Hours and Salary:
- Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am – 6:30pm
- $11-$12 per hour
- Commit 3 days or more/week
- Commit min 6 months or longer
- Located in North, East, North East, Central regions
