We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Leader to drive our sales strategy and expand into regional and international markets. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven leader with extensive experience in sales, business development, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and market expansion goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple regions.
- Represent the company at major business meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in sales or business development at a senior management level.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and scaling sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (regional and international).
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and market knowledge.
