Job Title: Global Market Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to lead our market entry and growth efforts in Busan South Korea. This role involves driving business development, building strategic partnerships, and supporting localization efforts.

Main Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Planning

Conduct thorough market research and feasibility analysis for Busan South Korea to identify opportunities and challenges.

Business Development

Identify and engage potential distributors, partners, and clients to build strong relationships and drive sales.

Localization

Support the localization of product offerings and marketing strategies to meet the needs of the Korean market.

Logistics and Compliance

Coordinate logistics, pricing, and regulatory compliance with headquarters to ensure smooth operations.

Representation

Represent the company at Korean trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote products and services.

Reporting and Insights

Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations for management to track progress and provide insights on market traction and expansion strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Degree and Language

Diploma in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field, with fluency in English and Korean language proficiency a strong advantage.

Career Experience and Skills

Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with experience in industrial safety or B2B sectors preferred.
