Job Summary
">This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations and office administration tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with fleet management software and Adobe Acrobat.

- Submitting daily reports, updating live booking lists and vehicle listings.">
- Coordinating with fleet managers, assisting with VEP applications and litigation checks.">
- Handling customer communications, processing accident reports and insurance claims.">
- Preparing letters for customers and internal stakeholders, processing scheduled credit card payments and workshop invoices.">
- Submitting monthly sales reports.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
