Operations Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility.
You will ensure that all cleaning supplies are properly managed and that the right chemicals are used for the respective dishwashing machines.
Additionally, you will supervise and train stewards on tasks and daily routines, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties efficiently.
You will also be responsible for maintaining site cleaning supplies, consumables, and equipment to ensure they are available and serviceable at all times.
Furthermore, you will monitor machineries to ensure they are working efficiently and in accordance with cleaning requirements.
You will keep track and measure utility rates, machine capacity, reject rate, breakage rate, and on-time delivery.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
- A high level of flexibility and adaptability is required.
- Ability to work weekend shifts.
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
