
Administrative Coordinator for Daily Operations

This role is responsible for managing daily operations and office administration tasks. Key responsibilities include generating and managing rental agreements, supporting contract extensions and terminations, submitting daily reports, updating live booking lists and vehicle listings, coordinating with fleet managers, assisting with VEP applications and litigation checks, handling customer communications, processing accident reports and insurance claims, preparing letters for customers and internal stakeholders, processing scheduled credit card payments and workshop invoices, and submitting monthly sales reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with fleet management software, SAP, and Adobe Acrobat. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently, and possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
