Business Operations Assistant
Job Description:The Business Operations Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including filing daily documents and answering phone calls in the office. They will also need to send confirmed job assignments to customers on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of M&E drawing, calendar usage for scheduling work, QuickBooks account management, and Excel sheet analysis.
Responsibilities include working Monday to Saturday full days and maintaining high levels of productivity and organization throughout the day.
