Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Channel Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and playbooks to streamline channel management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define channel performance metrics and establish benchmarks for success.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize channel performance.
  • Partner with commercial teams to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to channel partners for effective implementation of our products and solutions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with commercial teams and offer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in channel management and driving business growth through channel partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
