Rebar Installation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Rebar Installation Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all reinforcement works on-site.

Job Title: Rebar Supervisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all steel reinforcement work is carried out according to structural drawings, specifications, quality standards, and within the project timeline.

  1. Lead a team of rebar workers in cutting, bending, and fixing reinforcement bars
  2. Ensure rebar work complies with structural drawings and project specifications
  3. Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and other trade supervisors to plan work sequences
  4. Monitor daily progress, manpower allocation, and material usage
  5. Inspect and verify rebar sizes, spacing, alignment, and tying methods before concreting
  6. Maintain site safety and ensure workers follow workplace health and safety regulations
  7. Resolve technical or manpower issues promptly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of reinforcement detailing, BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), and construction drawings
  • At least 3–5 years relevant experience in rebar installation supervision
