As a seasoned construction professional, you will oversee and coordinate all reinforcement (rebar) works on-site.

  • Supervise and lead a team of rebar workers in cutting, bending, and fixing reinforcement bars effectively.
  • Verify that rebar work complies with structural drawings and project specifications rigorously.
  • Coordinate closely with site engineers, foremen, and other trade supervisors to plan work sequences efficiently.
  • Monitor daily progress, manpower allocation, and material usage meticulously.
  • Inspect and verify rebar sizes, spacing, alignment, and tying methods before concreting to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure workers follow safety regulations stringently.
  • Resolve technical or manpower issues promptly to minimize delays.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading a team of skilled rebar workers
  2. Ensuring high-quality reinforcement work
  3. Coordinating with site teams
  4. Monitoring progress and resources
  5. Inspecting and verifying rebar work
  6. Maintaining a safe work environment
  7. Resolving technical issues

Job requirements:

  1. Strong knowledge of reinforcement detailing and construction drawings
  2. At least 3–5 years relevant experience in rebar installation supervision

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with site engineers, foremen, and other trade supervisors.
