Job Title: Rebar Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Rebar Operations Manager to lead our rebar works team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, supervising rebar works, and ensuring projects are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and manage rebar workers and team leaders to ensure efficient completion of rebar works.
  2. Review and understand construction rebar drawings to plan and coordinate rebar works accordingly.
  3. Take charge of bar bending schedules to ensure timely completion of rebar works.
  4. Work flexible hours as per site requirements to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Singapore experience and international work experience will be highly valued.
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role is preferred.
