Rebar Supervisor Opportunity

The role of Rebar Supervisor involves overseeing and coordinating all reinforcement works on-site. As a highly skilled professional, you will ensure that steel reinforcement work is carried out according to structural drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of rebar workers in cutting, bending, and fixing reinforcement bars.
  • Verify that rebar work complies with structural drawings and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with site engineers, foremen, and other trade supervisors to plan work sequences.
  • Monitor daily progress, manpower allocation, and material usage.
  • Inspect rebar sizes, spacing, alignment, and tying methods before concreting.
  • Maintain site safety and ensure workers adhere to Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations.
  • Resolve technical or manpower issues promptly.
  • Keep accurate records of work progress, materials received/used, and manpower attendance.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of reinforcement detailing, BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), and construction drawings.
  • At least 3–5 years relevant experience in rebar installation supervision.
