Fund Administration Director

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the day-to-day management of our fund administration operations.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled professional with expertise in fund administration, who can effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients to drive business growth and success.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher academic achievement
- Minimum 7 years of experience in fund administration or similar field
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively and manage teams effectively
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of anti-money laundering requirements, due diligence, and risk assessment, as well as proficiency in PFS Paxus fund administration software.
Key Responsibilities- Review and maintain critical documents related to assigned funds
- Update shareholder registers, statements, and files in a timely manner
- Prepare and execute wire transfers and checks for payment of redemptions, dividend payments, and other related fees and expenses
- Communicate subscription and redemption details to investment managers for approval, as well as other fund information
