Job Title: Business Development Executive

Phillip Nova is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Forex and CFDs Business Development Team, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our business activities in the retail and high net worth segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve Forex/Precious Metals/CFDs active clients and volume targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to raise awareness of our offerings and platforms, identifying key angles to drive lead acquisition.
  • Build relationships with existing clients to understand their requirements and increase satisfaction.
  • Perform market intelligence and report insights to improve overall competitiveness.
  • Conduct seminars and webinars to drive customer education and increase acquisition.
  • Contribute to articles, advertorials, and media enquiries relating to our OTCD product suite.
  • Perform regular analysis and reporting of business development activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline.
  • Well-organised and meticulous.
  • A team player who is committed and self-driven, with the ability to respond positively to client requests for assistance.
  • Proactive individual who is resourceful to provide alternative solutions for clients.
  • A keen desire to explore and learn about financial markets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both client and internal communication.
Advantageous to Have:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to present and speak in public settings.
  • Certifications in CMFAS modules RES1A, 2A, 5, CM-EIP, and CM-SIP.
  • Good knowledge of Fundamental and Technical Analysis in the Forex and CFD market.
  • Candidates with experience in the financial services industry.
