Job Title: Executive, Business Development

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Executive to join our team at Phillip Nova. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our business activities in the retail and high net worth segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve Equities/Futures/Forex commission and volume targets
  • Build relationships with existing clients, including High Net Worth and active traders, to increase client satisfaction
  • Provide support for sales activities and participate in team brainstorming to explore new marketing activities
  • Review and refine sales-related processes to improve efficiency
  • Execute daily sales administration activities, including responding to customer inquiries and supporting onboarding processes
  • Ad hoc assignments and projects, such as client outreach, platform training, and general market research

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline
  • Well-organized and meticulous
  • A team player with a strong commitment to self-driven work and excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a keen desire to explore and learn about financial markets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both client and internal communication

Advantageous to Have:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present and speak in public settings
  • Certifications in CMFAS modules 1A, 2A, 5, and 6A
  • Good knowledge of Fundamental and Technical Analysis in the Equities/Futures/Forex market
  • Candidates with experience in the financial services industry
