Job Description

An Agile Practitioner at Chubb models the company's digital-first approach, driving collaboration with Domain/Subdomain Leads, Product Owners, and stakeholders to accelerate transformation. They enable and embed digital ways of working, using relevant methodologies and tools, and focus on business outcomes through constant evolution, learnings, and refinement of good practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with transformation leads to establish onboarding readiness for digital-first enterprise operating models.
  • Drive collaboration with Domain/Subdomain Leads and Product Owners on day-to-day progress towards strategic priorities and delivery capabilities in incremental and iterative cycles.
  • Provide feedback and lead corrective actions to continuously refine and improve practices for digital-first ways of working.
  • Leverage working knowledge of insurance, digital first enterprise, and agility to lead the development of innovative and effective practices.
  • Identify and implement industry practices to improve digital first ways of working.
  • Create and execute need-based trainings to enable digital first enterprise.
  • Lead improvements in key aspects of digital first operating models, such as frameworks, processes, tools, and practices.
  • Drive organizational change management activities, including hosting sessions like lean coffee and learning corners.
  • Drive, collaborate, and actively contribute to building a self-sustaining digital workforce by focusing on outcomes in alignment with business value models and OKRs.
  • Enable identification, conversation, and confirmation of prioritized epics, stories, and other required work products aligned to objectives.
  • Establish and contribute to domain-level events to deliver iteratively, with clear ownership for work that meets business outcomes.
  • Analyze right metrics and proactively take corrective actions to achieve key results.
  • Enable execution of a transparent operating model by proactively identifying, documenting, and monitoring dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Drive collaboration with Product Owners and squad members to establish and increase fluency in key methodologies and right usage of tools.
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities in executing digital first ways of working through forums like retrospectives and continuous feedback.
Technical Competencies:
  • Good understanding of system and design thinking approaches and techniques.
  • Experience in agile development, as a digital product owner, product manager, or highly experienced agile coach with 5+ years of experience successfully delivering digital products.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development process, including XP, Kanban, Scrum, and other methodologies.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with Agile techniques, including story mapping, big room planning, actionable metrics, and other techniques.
  • Working knowledge of insurance, finance, or retail services value chain, particularly in aligned domains.
  • End-to-end digital product management lifecycle experience; preferably in insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of product management tools, including Jira and Mural.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and change management skills.
  • Experience providing day-to-day hands-on approaches, including coaching and guidance to working teams.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail with ability to piece together multiple moving parts.
  • Ability to build trust and effectively resolve conflict.
Education & Knowledge Required:
  • Industry-specific certifications related to Organizational Change Management, Flow, and Scaling.
  • Frameworks and Adaptive Leadership (CAL, PAM, SPK, SAFe, CLP).
  • Experience defining and implementing large-scale frameworks and techniques aligned to organizational objectives in banking and insurance domains.
  • MS/BS degree in computer science, software development, or business, or a background in business, technology, product development, and management.
