Job Overview:
As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless customer experiences, efficient service delivery and effective team management.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities and a keen eye for detail. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask with ease and maintain high levels of productivity even during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome customers, handle reservations and coordinate table arrangements
• Manage staff duties, including scheduling and coordinating tasks
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant
• Ensure smooth food and beverage services, including meeting customer needs and resolving any issues that may arise
• Attend meetings and briefings to stay informed about business developments and industry trends

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in a similar role or industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership qualities
• Adaptable and flexible, with willingness to learn and take on new challenges
