Job Title: Hospitality Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Take and schedule reservations efficiently and effectively.
    • Greet and coordinate the seating of guests in a welcoming and timely manner.
    • Recognize regular guests and highlight their preferences to the General Manager.
    • Ensure guest requests are not delayed during operations by maintaining a smooth workflow.
    • Record and report all guests' complaints to the General Manager immediately to ensure prompt resolution.
    • Promote the establishment by establishing a loyal and regular customer base through exceptional customer service.
    • Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, maintenance of furnishings and equipment, and proper setup in the restaurant and connected areas or pantries.
    • Assist the General Manager in implementing and developing training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
    • Participate in monthly physical stock take of the restaurant, including plates and utensils, to maintain accurate inventory levels.
