Restaurant Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fine dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations to ensure excellent guest experience and efficient service flow.
  • Supervise and guide service staff, ensuring adherence to fine dining standards and exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring to enhance overall team performance.
  • Oversee reservations, floor management, and guest relations, including handling feedback and special requests in a professional manner.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with purchasing and cost control to maintain profitability.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Step in to lead the team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, demonstrating effective leadership skills and decision-making abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of supervisory or assistant managerial experience in fine dining environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate team members.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and basic cost control principles to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences to exceed customer expectations.
