
Hospitality Team Lead

Our ideal candidate will lead a dynamic restaurant team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high-quality food and beverages, and ensuring smooth service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front-of-house and/or back-of-house operations during assigned shifts to guarantee seamless customer experience.
- Lead daily briefings, assign tasks, and manage staff deployment across service areas to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure guests receive attentive service by actively resolving issues or complaints in real time.
- Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards throughout the restaurant to prevent any potential hazards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure food quality and timing meet expectations for an outstanding dining experience.
- Assist in inventory control, stock rotation, and placing orders for supplies when needed to maintain optimal levels.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as cash reconciliation, shift reports, and checklists to facilitate efficient operations.
- Promote a positive and professional team environment that fosters collaboration and growth.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly valued.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure is critical for effective performance.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, POS systems, and customer service best practices is necessary for delivering exceptional results.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations, food hygiene, and quality assurance is essential for maintaining a safe working environment.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required for meeting the demands of this position.
