  • Manage filing systems, both physical and digital, and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping compliance.
  • Troubleshoot basic IT/Website issues and coordinate with IT support if needed.
  • Maintain and update office databases and systems.
  • Prepare ISO/Project documentation and status reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Higher Nitec, 'N or O' Level or Diploma Cert.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
  • Independent and customer service-oriented.
  • Working 5 days a week.
  • Must be able to communicate both in English and Mandarin.
