Sales Administration Support Role
This Sales Administration Support role is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Operations Support:
- Prepare and generate sales-related documents, including Proforma Invoices, Contracts of Sales, and Sales Order Confirmations.
- Follow up with customers on product label designs and ensure label designs are approved before printing.
- Consolidate and update sales forecasts and sales summaries.
- Marketing Support:
- Coordinate local and overseas exhibitions.
- Sourcing and coordinating diaries, calendars, table planners, and corporate gifts.
- Administrative Support:
- Attend to visitors and set up meetings.
- Arrange travel, including hotel bookings and visa applications.
- Submit Double-Tax Deduction to IE Singapore.
- Distribute mail to directors.
- Provide secretarial support to directors.
- Handle telephone enquiries and other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Certificate in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration and coordination.
