Job Title: Talent Development Professional

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Global Academy, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of our global workforce.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and project management, with a proven track record of scaling learning initiatives globally.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Create engaging learning experiences that cater to different learner segments and local contexts.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of learning programs across all Business Lines and Functions.
  4. Evaluate and enhance learning initiatives to maximize learner impact.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A related tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years' experience in a Learning and Organizational Development Consultant role, focusing on Instructional Design and Facilitation ideally on a global scale.
  • Functional working knowledge of organizational learning and development trends and initiatives that contribute to a meaningful employee experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a culturally diverse and multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Strong time management skills to work effectively and efficiently towards deadlines.
