**Global Procurement Learning & Development Specialist**

In Global Procurement, people are our biggest asset, and we continually invest in team member development through innovative learning and development programs. The Global Procurement (GP) Learning & Development team supports the entire GP team build procurement and supply chain capabilities through curating role-specific learning and development programs.

Our GP Learning & Development team is growing, and we are in search of a passionate and results-driven L&D specialist to support our GP Academy, onboarding, and other learning initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with external training partner(s) to manage GP Academy programs
- Manage all GP Academy logistics including learner audiences, needs assessments, learning assignments, translations, budgeting, invoicing, etc
- Drive continuous improvement of learning programs based on learner feedback & needs of the business
- Craft program updates and manage learning resources on internal SharePoint
- Manage onboarding program content, enrollment, logistics and reporting
- Coordinate external certification, training and conference attendance and payment
- Own and execute regular KPI reporting for L&D team
- Respond to inquiries and support problem solving in learning management system
- Run regular reports from the learning management system

- Inclusive and able to build rapport easily and quickly with global stakeholders
- Able to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
- Passionate about enabling a learning culture to drive team member engagement
**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum three years of experience in learning and development, workforce development, talent management or related field
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, and PowerPoint is required
- Experience with Workday LMS preferred
- Experience with SharePoint Online preferred
- Experience with Power BI and Tableau preferred
