This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Transaction Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Private Equity group, you will be responsible for managing the closing process for investments.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also possess excellent document management skills and a deep understanding of corporate governance and compliance requirements.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field, and 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the closing process for investments
- Work closely with investment teams to ensure timely closings
- Execute projects and tasks related to deal closing and investment operations
- Review and negotiate legal documents
- Collect, record, and reconcile quantitative and qualitative investment data
- Accurately manage processing and reconciliation of investment commitments
- General compliance and regulatory filing assistance
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Private Equity investment agreements
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and document management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
