Investment Banking Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking Specialist to join our team. As an Investment Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for deal origination, client relationship management, and execution of investment banking mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Origination: Identify potential clients and business opportunities for investment banking services.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Deal Execution: Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to execute investment banking mandates, including due diligence, structuring, and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.

  • CMFAS 4A (Advisory on Corporate Finance) certification.

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Debt Capital Markets and/or Equity Capital Markets.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting and credit fundamentals, financial modeling, commercial awareness, and genuine interest in financial markets.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deals, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information, high attention to detail, strong work ethic, and willingness to work long hours.
