Job Description:

A graduate analyst role is available in a dynamic investment banking environment. This position is ideal for legally trained candidates looking to transition into the commercial side of transactions.

The key responsibilities include managing day-to-day legal matters, such as deal documentation, research, and handling all legal aspects of transactions. Additionally, preparing marketing materials, assisting with deal/transaction management, and collaborating with team members on legal analyses, due diligence, and creation of transaction materials are essential tasks.

As a graduate analyst, you will be exposed to all aspects of a deal/transaction cycle, participate in deal sourcing, evaluate opportunities, assist with structuring, and help ensure completion and documentation.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop investment banking skills with a view to becoming a deal maker.
