Deal Desk and Monetization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deal Desk and Monetization Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

About the Role

The Strategy & Operations team plays a pivotal role in driving the company's overall growth and efficiency. As a Deal Desk and Monetization Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and owning the deal governance and monetization framework, including pricing policies, discount policies, and approval hierarchies.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain frameworks and guidelines for deal structures and monetization strategies.
  • Analyze deal trends, win/loss rates, and pricing performance to inform recommendations for pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to Sales leadership and teams on deal structures and commercial negotiations.
