Job Title:
Deal Desk and Monetization Director

Job Summary:
A highly experienced Deal Desk and Monetization Director is required to manage a team of professionals, drive commercial strategy, and ensure the effective execution of deals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and develop a high-performing team of Deal Desk professionals, focusing on performance management, coaching, and career development.
2. Own the commercial strategy and monetization framework, partnering with executive leadership to define and implement pricing, packaging, and discount policies.
3. Establish and maintain deal approval hierarchies and policies, ensuring consistent application of commercial terms and adherence to profitability standards.
4. Serve as the primary Deal Desk representative for C-level and VP-level stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product, advising on deal structuring and commercial terms.
5. Drive continuous improvement of Deal Desk processes and systems, defining the roadmap for automation and efficiency gains.
6. Direct the analysis of deal trends and pricing performance, using insights to provide data-driven recommendations for strategic commercial initiatives.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
2. 8+ years of experience in Deal Desk and Consulting within a SaaS organization.
3. Demonstrated expertise in commercial strategy, pricing, and monetization frameworks.
4. Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives.
5. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
6. Strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS business models, go-to-market strategies, and revenue recognition principles.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
8. A proactive and strategic thinker who can anticipate business needs and build for future scale.
