Investment Deal Specialist

The role involves collaborating closely with the investment team to ensure seamless deal closings.

This entails reviewing and negotiating key investment agreements, managing compliance requirements, coordinating with external counsel, and streamlining operational processes for efficiency and scale.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law
  • Admission to the Singapore bar
  • 3-5 years of experience in M&A, private equity, or financial services transactions
  • Strong knowledge of investment agreements, corporate governance, and compliance processes
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
