**Hello from Mitrade **We are a regulated FinTech company offering OTC derivatives online trading in many financial markets. We are looking for talents to join our Singapore team (HQ).

**Responsibilities**:

- Design the company's trading products, carry out continuous adjustment and optimization
- Create relevant documents and implement internal dealing procedures, etc. to meet regulatory requirements
- Establish a good cooperative relationship with LP and other partners
- Monitor and handle risk events in financial markets and company transactions
- Team management and Company Resource coordination
- Maintenance and review on Company Dealing System

**Requirements**:

- More than 3 years of relevant experience working in Dealing department in foreign exchange, or CFD companies
- A bachelor's degree or above in mathematics, economics, finance or related fields
- Experience using MT4 or other trading platforms
- Strong analytical skills and proficient in MS Excel (Python skill is advantageous)
- Faster learner with strong sense of responsibility
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
