We are seeking an experienced APAC Deal Management Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team, focusing on supporting and enabling our local sales teams. This role is critical in strengthening our coverage and responsiveness in the region, ensuring timely expert guidance on complex deal structuring, contract reviews, and order booking processes.

This individual will serve as a trusted partner to the local sales team, helping navigate commercial, contractual, and operational considerations to close deals efficiently while safeguarding company interests.

The work you do will significantly impact the way, quality, and speed at which deals are being closed and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for deal desk and contract-related matters, ensuring regional nuances are addressed while maintaining global policy alignment.
  2. Support strategic accounts in the region by anticipating challenges and proposing commercially sound solutions.
  3. Act as a key advisor on deal booking in our internal system, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy, pricing guidelines, and approval policies.
  4. Develop and maintain reports and analytics to support deal oversight and proactively identify discrepancies, drive corrections, and ensure data integrity for downstream processes.
  5. Review and approve sales contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance, aiming for timely turnaround without compromising on quality. Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Product teams to address unique contract requirements, risk considerations, and approvals.
  6. Facilitate the streamlining and automation of non-standard deal policies and approval workflows.
  7. Provide general assistance on common CRM questions and basic troubleshooting.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 4 years' experience working in deal desk / contract administration / sales / commercial operation or related roles within a SaaS or technology company, with a proven track record of handling complex, high-value transactions.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  3. Strong understanding of sales processes and contract management.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance commercial and compliance considerations.
  5. Skilled communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
  6. Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  7. Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring exceptional learning agility, resilience under pressure, and the ability to think fast and adapt to changes.
  8. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  9. Fluent in English.
  10. Experience in a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce) is a must.
  11. Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets advanced formulas (e.g. Lookup) is desirable.
