Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and make them feel at home.
- Supervise service staff to ensure high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer experience are consistently met.
- Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance their dining experience and build loyalty.
- Coach and mentor team members to uphold and deliver consistent service excellence.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Proactively gather feedback to understand customers' preferences and expectations better.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness protocols.
- Comply with established policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and grooming guidelines.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management team to support overall F&B operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Well-groomed with a consistently professional appearance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with, motivate and lead the team.
- Positive and proactive attitude with a readiness to take initiative and motivate others.
- Calm and composed under pressure, maintaining focus to guide the team through busy and challenging situations.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is a plus.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
