Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant General Manager to lead our dining experience.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in restaurant operations, staff leadership, and customer service. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth opening, service, and closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Operations Management:
    • Coordinate effectively between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
    • Maintain accurate records of attendance, safety checks, maintenance reports, and local licensing compliance.
    • Implement cost control measures to maintain profitability by monitoring daily sales and expenses.
  • Staff Leadership & Development:
    • Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and skilled service team.
    • Prepare and manage staff rosters and schedules to meet business demands.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team growth.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
    • Ensure all guests have an exceptional dining experience by addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues promptly.
    • Foster a customer-focused culture among staff to drive loyalty and retention.
    • Gather customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Financial Management:
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and ordering processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
    • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Marketing & Promotions:
    • Support the execution of promotions, special events, and marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
