We are seeking a skilled and friendly server to enhance our restaurant's dining experience. As a server, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and hand out menus in a polite manner.
  • Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen with attention to detail.
  • Makes menu recommendations and informs patrons of any specials, highlighting the quality and freshness of our ingredients.
  • Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Check that customers are satisfied with their meal and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Clear the tables and clean the table for the next customers, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Prepare the bill for tables when requested, handling payments with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Endurance to walk and stand for long hours, ensuring that you can keep up with the demands of a busy restaurant.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers, resolving issues in a fair and courteous manner.
