Dining Experience Expert (Barista & Server)

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and friendly Dining Experience Expert to join our team at the front of house. You'll be the face of our restaurant, welcoming guests and providing exceptional service from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests with a smile, taking orders accurately, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with our baristas, preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages.

We're a fast-paced environment that requires a sense of urgency and a positive attitude. If you're a team player who is reliable, punctual, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests with a friendly attitude
  • Take orders accurately and serve food to tables
  • Clear used plates and maintain a clean dining area
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and beverages (Barista duties)
  • Handle payments via POS system
  • Maintain cleanliness at the front-of-house, service counter, and barista station
  • Restock utensils, cups, condiments, and supplies as needed

  • A positive attitude and a love for customer interaction
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
  • Barista experience is a bonus (training provided if not)
  • Experience in F&B service or hospitality preferred
  • A team player who's reliable and punctual
