Fine Dining Service Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional service, maintaining a high level of knowledge of menu offerings, wine lists, and seasonal specials. He/she will be able to guide guests through their dining experience with professionalism and warmth, while ensuring seamless coordination with other service staff.

The Front of House Supervisor will oversee the front-of-house operations, including tableside service, wine service, and cash handling. He/She will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, adhering to established standards, policies, and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A certificate or diploma in hospitality or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant setting.
