Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Experience Manager to join our team. As a Dining Experience Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our restaurant provides exceptional dining experiences for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality service and deliver excellent dining experience to all customers by greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Familiarize yourself with whole floor operations and be able to carry out the roles of host, server, cashier, and others as needed.
  • Responsible for achieving restaurant sales targets and KPIs, including overall cost, food cost, and labor cost by analyzing sales data and making informed decisions.
  • Enhance leadership and performance excellence of team members by training, motivating, assessing, and being a role model through regular feedback sessions and coaching.
  • Respond professionally to customer or team member comments and feedback by listening actively and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure outlet safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained by conducting regular inspections and reporting any issues to management.
  • Manage outlet workforce arrangement, recruitment, and training; scheduling and reporting workforce shortages or excesses to Operations Head regularly.
  • Develop good knowledge of all menu items and explain them clearly to team members during training.
  • Responsible for operating reports and marketing by tracking sales data and developing promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in the hospitality field.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
