About the Role:

As a F&B Captain, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The role involves ensuring that all Dining areas are set up, maintained, cleaned, and safe at all times.

You will also be required to answer questions regarding menu items and assist with menu selections, supervise and train staff to high standards of excellence, and complete opening and closing duties/checklists in a timely fashion.

Additionally, you will coordinate food service between kitchen and dining staff, check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverage served, and present an accurate final bill to guests and process payment efficiently.

This role requires excellent communication, guest service, and customer service skills. You must be able to positively interact with guests, work well under pressure, and possess strong written skills.

Additional responsibilities may include coordinating with other departments such as Property Management and Recruiting, as well as maintaining a vigilant attitude at all times.
