Restaurant Manager Position

  • Financial Performance: The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing the restaurant's financial performance, including labor costs, food costs, and other expenses.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations is crucial in this role. The Restaurant Manager will conduct regular inspections to ensure that the restaurant meets all regulatory requirements.
  • Guest Satisfaction: We value our guests' experiences and expect our Restaurant Manager to greet and interact with them to ensure a positive dining experience.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma in Hospitality / Food and Beverage Services or an equivalent professional qualification in a related field.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a property of similar standing.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests and staff.
