Job Title:
"> Front of House Hospitality Professional
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued throughout their dining experience.
- Take reservations, answer phone calls, and respond to any guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Greet each guest warmly, be helpful, welcoming, and pleasant towards each Guest.
- Prepare and check tables before service, ensuring that everything is perfect for our guests' arrival.
- Promptly clear and reset tables after service, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests, providing accurate information and resolving any issues promptly.
- Communicate guest information to the team, including special requests, occasions, and preferences, to personalize guests' experiences.
- Complete all opening and closing procedures in a timely manner, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Always be assertive and attentive to guests' needs, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded.
- Ensure each guest receives a fond farewell before they leave, leaving a lasting impression and encouraging repeat business.
- Assist in building and maintaining a strong guest profile database, capturing valuable insights and trends to enhance the guest experience.
- Support food and beverage service when required, working collaboratively with the team to deliver seamless service.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Restaurant Manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Hold a minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC qualification in Food and Beverage, Customer Service, or Guest Relations, or an equivalent professional qualification in a related field.
- Have at least 1-2 years' experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry, preferably in a front-of-house role. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Be a highly motivated team player, able to perform with minimal supervision and take initiative to achieve results.
