Dining Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.
">- Greet and seat guests in a welcoming and efficient manner, present menus and wine lists, and take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Offer menu recommendations and respond to questions about menu items and ingredients with confidence and expertise.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring all tables are set to a high standard and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly and efficiently, maintaining the quality and presentation of our dishes.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the menu and wine list, staying up-to-date with changes and promotions to provide expert advice to guests.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a service crew in a busy restaurant environment.
- A friendly, positive, and professional demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for presentation and quality, adhering to health and safety standards.
- The flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business.
