Job Title: Help Desk Professional

The primary goal of this position is to provide excellent support and service to customers in a timely and efficient manner.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins, providing clear and accurate information while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  2. Assist with court bookings, modifications, and checks, ensuring prompt payment for offline bookings and minimizing any potential disruptions.
  3. Monitor court usage, reminding players if their booking has ended or if they are using the court without a reservation, thus optimizing arena operations.

Requirements:
  • At least one year of relevant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective interaction with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry tasks, facilitating efficient task completion.
