We are seeking a professional to fill the position of Customer Service Executive in our Contact Centre.
Main Responsibilities:- Attend to inbound and outbound communications from customers and advisors, providing assistance and resolving enquiries.
- Offer support to customers on the use of company portals and mobile apps.
- Evaluate and follow up on customer service requests to ensure timely closure within service standards.
- Comply with internal policies, procedures and relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in departmental processes, workflows and administration.
This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences across various touchpoints. You will handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback across all business channels, ensuring that every service request is followed through to closure within service standards.
