We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Admin Cum Sales Co-Ordinator to join our team at AB PAC (S) PTE. LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact customers to handle enquiries and provide quotations
- Prepare and issue invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Knowledge of AUTOCOUNT Accounting System is preferable
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
