- Process sales orders and purchase orders using SAP system
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure timely production and shipping of goods
- Administer orders backlog and coordinate with sales team to resolve delivery and production issues
- Process delivery and shipping documents and coordinate with warehouse and transporters
- Liaise with Japan HQ and General Manager to handle IT-related maintenance and repairs
- Communicate with Japan HQ to manage the SG office's IT maintenance
- Minimum 4 years of customer service and sales administration experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Japanese conversational level required for liaising and reporting to Japan HQ and stakeholders
