Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders, including creating customer accounts, processing payments, and coordinating delivery of goods.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings with customers and internal stakeholders, including sending meeting invitations and preparing meeting materials.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the sales and administrative team.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales and administrative role.
  • Education: Diploma or A-Level qualification.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Work Schedule: 5.5 days per week.
Preferred Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Purchasing and Administration: Experience in purchasing and administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Payroll and Accounting: Basic knowledge of payroll and accounting principles.
  • Human Resources: Familiarity with human resources principles and practices.
